Re-evaluate Conflicts as Opportunities
Participants develop a deeper awareness of themselves and others in critical and tensed situations. They learn to recognize the deeper purpose of conflicts, to understand the opportunities they offer for the positive development of people and systems, and to distinguish these from so-called “meaningless” conflicts.
The newly gained understanding of how conflicts arise and of one’s own way of dealing with them fosters personal growth and enables participants to consciously question and break established patterns of behavior and communication.
In addition to well-founded professional input from the fields of communication, behavioral theory, conflict management, and emotional intelligence, the training is designed to be varied and highly practical. Methods include small-group and individual work, resource-based exercises, reflection activities, and complementary relaxation techniques.
What ´s the difference of successful teams and the “normal”?
How can cooperation be fostered deliberately? How can meaningless conflicts be avoided while constructive disagreements are used productively? And how can human diversity be leveraged as a valuable resource that leads to greater satisfaction and performance within teams?
A high level of practical relevance is ensured through interactive exercises in small groups and individual work. The training is complemented by resource-based activities, case analyses, reflection sessions, and illustrative theoretical input on cooperation, communication, and team competence.
Cooperation as success Factor.
Strengthening strengths instead of finding faults is the key to successful teams.
